I took this with about 8 oz of water pre-workout.

Taste: 7.5/10. This stuff was too sweet for me, but it did taste like candy, so if you like that, you'll like this. I didn't get much of an apple flavor.

Mixability: 7.5/10. It mixed pretty well, but had some residue and stuff floating.

Foam: 9/10. No major issues.

Aftertaste: 9/10. Just very sweet.

Profile: 7.5/10. A simple profile, but I know why. I understand it is to be stacked with other products, which could make a very effective stack. However, it could get tough to buy all that stuff, so IMO some citrulline malate and beta alanine would help round it out. But, I don't know that much, so this is just my opinion.

Price: 8.5/10. Only $.50 a serving. Not too bad considering the profile, but not that great either.

Strength: 8/10. Not a really noticeable difference.

Focus: 7.5/10. Not a real noticeable difference from the norm.

Stamina: 7.5/10. No difference for me.

Overall: 8/10. I thought this was Ok. The price and profile are decent. I didn't see any reason to recommend it over any other product.

Well I would like to start that I am new to this site, so hello to everyone .

I've been using Purple Wraath for a while now and now I have a place to review it! So here it goes:

Taste: 8/10. Personally, I find the grape flavor to be pretty good and especially tangy. Some people may not like this taste, so I recommend the lemonade flavor or just adding 16oz. of cold water.

Mix-ability: 10/10. Really easy to mix, no problems there.

Effectiveness: 10/10. I am extremely impressed with Controlled Labs on this product. It does what it claims; bust out more reps than you normally could. However, it does take a week or two of supplementation to really see this effect, but it is worth the wait. After a few weeks I noticed that I was able to do more reps with heavier weights. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the Beta-Alanine tingles? They are frickin' sweet!!!

Overall: 9.5/10. I highly recommend this product not because it works, but also because it is $50 for 90 servings which is a good value buy in my opinion.

Well I ordered a sample pack of white flood a few days ago and just got it yesterday. Here's my review

Body part worked: Legs - Squats
Review: I took the pills 45 minutes pre-workout as per the labeling and when I got to my cousins house (weight room) I didn't feel much of anything going on. Maybe a slight caffeine buzz (I am close to immune to its effects). However, when I started to do my first set I thought that we put on the wrong weight because I did an unusual 10 reps, as opposed to 6. I checked it and it was the right weight. Later on in the work out my cousin was completely lagging and tired; while, it seemed, my sets were getting better and better. I was doing abnormally high amounts of weight and reps (for the sets I was on) and didn't feel tired one bit. We ended up doing 10 sets of squats and while my cousin was completely beat, I wanted to keep going and was actually angry that he wanted to quit!

Energy: 7/10 - Good consistent energy, but like I said I am pretty much immune to most PW doses of caffeine.
Stamina: 10/10 - Kept me going strong throughout my squats work out, which would normally have me crawling for the door.
Agression: 7/10 - Gave a little bit of aggression, but nothing like everyone explains it as. Not quite as good as Shotgun in that sense.
Pump: 8/10 - Started getting a really good pump with this, but it wasn't the best I've ever had.

Overall: 9/10 - I know that seems like a strange rating if you were to average up the previous ratings, but I weighted them differently, and stamina and pump are very important for me.

Great product, I ordered a 50 serving tub of this stuff, going to give it a whirl! Hope this review helped some people!

Good afternoon everyone, I just wanted to write about how awesome White Flood is. I have been lifting for about a year steady and also had pretty good gains with all my exercises and until about the past 2 months. I was stuck at just about every exercise. I read all the reviews on here about Controlled Labs White Flood and had to try it for myself. I also got a sample of Purple Wrath and will be ordering that soon. Onto the effectiveness of White Flood.

I was stuck on my bench press at 275 for 1 rep on the 4th set. I was on this for a few weeks and couldn't get past it. I took a full dose of White Flood and after putting 275 up for 3 reps on my 4th set I still felt sooo energized so I upped the weight to 300 and put it up 1 time. I have been trying to get to 300 for the longest time and set myself a goal to do it by the end of Jan. but White Flood helped me obtain it a month and a half early. I have been using it for about a week now and the workouts are much more intense. All my sets have gone up 5 to 10 pounds and I am much more focused.

I also read bad things about the taste but I think it tastes pretty damn good! I used NaNoVapor a few months ago and WhiteFlood beats that by a long shot. I have recommended White Flood to all of my friends!

Controlled Labs REDuction Sample Review

So I received a sample of REDuction from Controlled Labs the other day and gave it a shot. There is a morning dose (red pills) and a night time dose (black pills). The ingredients look pretty good and it has received some good reviews so I figured I would give it a shot since I had a sample pack.

Dosage:
2 morning pills in the morning 30 minutes before food, 2 night pills at night 30 minutes before bed, both with 12oz or more of water.

Taste:
Well, the stuff doesn't actually have a taste, even if you leave it on your tounge too long. There is a faint raspberry scent due to the ketones in the formula, but its not easy to detect.

Energy:
I have tried the Gaspari CytoLean and it was a little tamer than this. I felt very energetic, not jittery, and happy (the PEA probably) from the morning dose. I went to the gym and did not feel like I was getting tired easily but by the time I came home I was pretty exhausted from a hard workout. About an hour later I felt energetic again. I didn't feel overwhelmingly hungry at any point, so I assume the appetite suppression aspect works pretty well all day long.

The night pills didn't seem to make me any sleepier. I did however sleep soundly and felt very rested in the morning. Not sure if there was a noticeable difference from without taking them, but I felt great in the morning so that is always good.

Effectiveness:
It is hard to judge from one serving, but REDuction seemed to give me a lot of energy, suppress my appetite fairly well and keep me sweating and my heart rate up at the gym. I enjoyed the feel good effect and look forward to trying it for a full cycle.

Price:
This can be found for as little as $25 online which is about the same price as Cytolean and other competitors. I felt more energetic from this and would chose it next time I am in the market for a great fat burner. Also, at 30 servings of both the AM and PM doses, REDuction can cost as little as $0.83 per serving which is definitely cheaper than that morning cup of coffee and will wake you up better, too.

Conclusions:
I would highly recommend Controlled Labs REDuction for anyone in the market for a fat burning supplement and anyone wishing to add a little extra to their lean muscle stack. It seems very effective, did not give me any jittery feelings and kept my energy up.

Bear with me this is only my second attempt at a product review, and welcome any input into how I can better my reviews in the future. With that being said, here I go!
Well, Yesterday morning I tried a Stack of samples that I received with my last order from BB.com. I have been reading a lot about the controlled labs products, and so I was very excited to try these out. The following are the products that I tried:

White Flood
Purple Wraath

About 45 minutes prior to my workout I mixed up the Green MAGnitude in my Blender Bottle and I was just floored!! There was no gritty crystals floating at the bottom of the bottle for me to choke down! It completely dissolved leaving no evidence of a powder whatsoever!! The taste was Awesome, not something I would mind twice a day by any means. About 15 minutes later, I took the 8 tablets of the White Flood. Now these may have been a challenge had I not been taking Animal Packs daily for about a month now. Lastly, about 15 minutes before my workout, I mixed up the Purple Wraath, which I then in turn milked throughout the workout. The purple was just as impressive as the Green MAG! It completely dissolved, tasted great, and so 20 minutes after mixing it, there were still no floaties at the bottom of the Blender Bottle!

I've gotta say, I'm sore as hell a day after my workout! During my workout, I was extremely focused, and felt like I was bursting with energy! I was able to accomplish an extremely decent chest and tricep workout. I felt GREAT during my workout, and didn't crash afterward! I'm very impressed, and will be adding these on to my next BB.com order!!

I just got my supps today, first work out using White Flood, Green Mag, Purple Wrath..... I took WF 45 mins prior to work out and green mag 10 mins prior, sipped PW before and during my work out. The work out was awesome, best pumps and energy i've ever had all the way through my work out. No crash at all I didnt want to leave the gym, I dont like stayin there over hour and a half.....It was hard for me to rest in between sets all I wanted to do was lift one set after another! Its been about 25 mins. since I worked out and I feel great still have energy and all tingly I love it....I urge everyone to at least try Controlled Labs supplements if you havent its awesome stuff! So heres the breakdown of everything I took....

WHITE FLOOD: 8 big pills lol, took 2 at a time went down easy, Had amazing pumps and increased my focus and energy. 10/10

GREEN MAG: Mixed very well no chunks at the bottom of my mixer bottle, Tasted awesome! just like Lemonade i loved it! 10/10

PURPLE WRATH: Not as good of a mix as GM had a couple crystals at the bottom of the bottle but not too bad, just added more water and it was fine. Taste, the first drink was a little tangy but it didnt bother me after that I was too focused on lifting. 9/10

Only been using White Flood (Electric Lemonade) for two weeks now, first time trying something from Controlled Labs, awesome product! Feeling great in and out of the gym I'm more focused just doing my daily activities. Instantly noticed the increased ability to concentrate on contracting and isolating muscles during exercises. Still only taking 1 scoop servings and already moving up weight on every exercise. I've taken from some pre/post-workout vascularity pictures, and I'm going to take more when I write a new review once the 1.34lbs are finished. Really love the product, thanks guys.

I've used white flood for about 3 months now, and am loving the results (10x better than BSN N.O.X.) I'm halfway done with my bottle of Size-On tabs that I tried just because I received a GNC gift card as a gift, and the gnc didn't have any GreenMag in stock. Hitting up BB.com the second the bottle is empty.

Orange Triad from CL is also one of the better mult-v's i've taken. Really does what is says it will do.

Mood - 5/5 I feel great, I'm motivated to go lift or do cardio even in the absence of too many carbs, I usually feel terrible during a caloric deficit, moody and pessimistic, but not on this. I just feel content and motivated.

Appetite Suppression - 4/5 not the strongest appetite reducer I've ever tried..very mild but works fine. I don't feel "stimmed out" at all,but I can certainly eat less and feel okay. Also a big difference is on a lot of fatburners I can't eat sometimes even when I want to, but I've found that when I go out to a nice dinner I can eat plenty, the difference is I just don't feel the need to.

Energy - 4/5 when doing cardio I have the energy to keep going, more than normal. I feel good, and the motivation is great, it's all I need.

I've lost 6 pounds of mostly bodyfat so far, and in the end it's more about your diet and training than supplements, but CL REDuction would make a great addition to your cutting stack.

Overall - 4/5 great product would recommend

TASTE:8/10 2 scoops mixed in 14~ ounces of water, very tangy grape flavor thats easy to get down.

MIXABILITY:7/10 takes alot of shaking if i need it mixed soon, but normally i jus keep it in a water bottle in the morning and its easy to mix when i go to the gym in the afternoon. but this isnt an issue.

PERFORMANCE:9.5/10 i only used this a few times and can tell it works, endurance is AMAZING i can do endless sets and only get tired when the caffeine kick is over. regardless i will be buying more tubs of this.

TINGLES:4-5/10 i feel them im my ears scalp and finger tips. nothing major but i like them because then i know its working.

in general i think this product this is definitely worth it for the price. any more questions just ask!

After reading over a workout journal of "XNick EdgeX", I decided to try out some Controlled Labs supplements. I got a tub of Green MAGnitude, Purple Wraath and White Flood, and I'll be honest, I have always had some doubts about this type of stuff, thinking it's a big waste of money. But today, wow. I took a mixture of Green MAGnitude and White Flood pre-workout and Purple Wraath during my workout. Best workout I've ever had. No lie. I couldn't believe it. I was possessed and didn't want to slow down. So far I'm 100% satisfied and will continue buying Controlled Labs products. And the best part is I haven't felt any "weird" side effects.

so i just got my samples in today and tried them out at the gym... i just got back into the gym on monday after about a 6 week break (no membership) and i did: monday - chest, bis, tuesday - back, shoulders, wednesday - traps, lower back, and forearms, and today i did chest, shoulders (a little), and tris... (my leg is messed up so no legs till next week)... anyways point being the 1st week back always sucks and i never really have good workouts... BUT... today was different... i took 8 tabs of white flood, 3 caps anavol, and 8 tabs gakic harcore (already been using the others)... then during my workout i sipped on the purple wrath... then post workout i took the green mag with some gatorade, then had a protein shake... i pretty much had the BEST WORKOUT in a looooooong time even after just starting... i had crazy pumps, crazy energy, and alot of endurance... i love WF and PW (and the Gakic but stacked with the others) and im sure the green mag works great too but its kinda hard to review 1 serving of creatine especially taken post workout... anyways i will be buying a controlled labs stack as soon as i get the money and i recommend it to ANYONE that wants to have a really good workout... these products get a 10 by me

After an hour of none stop lifting, i finally got around and decided to try out the sample pack of Golden Finish (Tropical Island Smoothie) (Thanks Tank)

Smell 8/10

Anyway, i opened the package and took a whiff of the stuff. First thoughts were that the smell wasn't too pleasant the first time around but then i took another stab at it and it wasn't too bad. Had a Lemon Meringue scent to it .

Mixability 9.5/10

Next up, i mixed it with half a bottle of water (250ml). It mixed really well, leaving really small grains in the end which didn't bother me.

Taste 9/10

The first sip was okay, had to get used to the flavor. Was hoping for a pina coloda flavor but ended up with the lemon meringue which was good too .

Overall 9/10

Looks like a solid product, i can't really tell off of a sample pack but if my private supplier ever carried this then i'd get a tub or two.

i'm 22 and have been lifting since i was 16. got serious about training and diet around 19 and since last year when i ended my collegiate rugby career ive become pretty committed to bodybuilding alone.

Focus/Energy - 7/10
while it's certainly not a stim-like energy boost, i definitely felt a sort of focused intensity in the gym. you dont get the feeling immediately after you take BG but once you start lifting it's pretty pronounced and this effect is evident from Day 1. the most noticeable increase is in stamina. for example, on exercises that last a long time, like alternating barbell lunges in the 10-12 rep range, i occasionally will rack the weight before i hit failure because i just dont have the stamina to keep going. this was never the case on BG. i definitely had a hard time leaving the gym

Recovery/Joints - 9/10
probably the best aspect of BG. im pretty susceptible to DOMS and also painful pumps in the gym but not once was this ever an issue on BG. i do a four day split where i hit each body part once per week but almost felt like i could do a full-body type routine for the first time. i've also been feeling some pain in my right forearm/wrist and left knee. both these pains went away within a week of using BG.

Strength - 8/10
wasn't going for any PR's during this time but made gains in many of my lifts.

Sqauats (for 6 reps): 325 to 335
Bench (for 6 reps): 235 to 245

the biggest advantage wasn't in strength lifts but more with the higher-rep, isolation lifts. i was able to bump up weight every week and it was a lot easier to squeeze out those last reps.

Mass Gains/Body Composition - 9/10
yep, i have to give it a 9 or 10 because relative to all other supplements i've used, i gained the most "real" LBM and dropped body fat at the same time. when starting the bottle i was 205 @ 12.9% BF, finishing i was 210 @ 12.1% BF...an increase of 5 lbs. and a drop in almost 1% BF. overall body composition definitely improved and from the first week of using BG i noticed an almost 24 hour "pump" and very pronounced muscle hardness. basically, if Anabolic Pump did was it said it does, this is what it would feel like. gains were better than Mass FX/X Factor/Hyperdrol stack...for real.

way up ...not much more i can say about this one


overall, i thought this was another excellent product from CL and probably the most dynamic supplement i've used in terms of the different advantages it has. honestly, how many supps have you used actually improved your recovery, helped joint pain, and still helped you put on 5 lbs and increase strength? maybe im a "super responder" to it but i was really that good for me. i cant wait to use Blue Gene again. i would have ran a second bottle but im planning to run my first PH cycle this month (Bold @ 800mg). after PCT i'll definitely make that order for two bottles though.

AM Pill Impressions:
Gave me a real pickmeup that lasted all day with NO crash. I previously took Lipo6 and it gave me too much energy sometimes and I would be too uppity or easily irritated, not to mention I had crashes with lipo6. I am now on my 3rd day in a row with Reduction and have experienced ZERO crash with constant smooth energy.

I used to actually NOT take lipo6 and other fat burners on weekends when I'd go out because they made me irritable or nervous sometimes (jitters). But I have none of those feelings with Reduction which I like because now I can take it on the weekends when im out and not feel like im acting strange.

I also like how i only take it once a day and its a lasting effect, i hated having to remember to take a second dose

PM Pill Impressions:
The most prominent part of the PM pill is the slight numbing feeling or sleepy feeling i get in approx 30-45 minutes after taking the pill. I dont feel hungry after taking it, I just feel like laying down. Good for killing those late night, pre-bed cravings for something. Previously without it I'd have trouble sleeping.

Overall:
Its only been 3 days but the initial effects are promising. I have sustained energy and mood enhancement throughout the day with no crash and the ability to actually sleep better at night.

Notes:
Dont keep the PM pill in your mouth too long before you drink it down with water, its kinda... spicy? or something and makes your tongue tingle.

Rating:
I would have to rate this product a 10/10 because it incorporates what I want, with what i dont want.
I want enhanced energy, a pickmeup and a mood enhancer lasting all day and it provides.
I do not want jitters, to crash and would like to sleep better at night and it provides.
I do not want to have to remember to take a second dosage in the middle of the day to keep me going and it provides.
It gives me more overall energy and motivation to workout and sustain my workout so im digging this product.

I have already recommended it to a friend and he purchased it as well.

I've had alot of different N.O and I have to say that controlled labs white flood is the best yet that I've tried! If you ever needed a nitric that works this is the one your looking for. I've been on it for a week now and everytime I take it i have just the best workout, it last a long time and it's fast acting. I think i'm going to stick to this product and i'm also gonna try out other controlled lab products because this one is great so the others must be too. I'll have another posting soon after I try out another one of there products.

Before I start, I would like to say that when companies give out free samples and DOES NOT charge for shipping, it shows something to me, that they will take the cost themselves even though possibly I will not purchase it. Other companies that don't go the extra mile by paying for shipping gives me some what of a negative feel and I guess you could call it a turn off. If they are not willing to sacrifice a little for a potential customer, IMO, it's not worth it for me to sacrifice $20-60 on them. That rant being said..,


I asked CL for a sample of their products awhile ago, loved the Sour Green Apple Green Mag taste, HIGHLY disliked the Lemonade Purple Wraath taste, and thought I lost the Golden FinisH sample. However, I found it last night and decided to give it a try just now to wash down some chicken and rice. It says on the packet that the 1/5 serving size is just meant to judge taste and mixability. So I will be judging just those. You can judge the price for yourselves.

Mixability : 10/10

I just mixed it for about 5-7 seconds and it was smooth. Don't think I've mixed a product in that time got it so smooth. Granted, it's a sample and it's 1/5 the normal serving size, but it was also mixed with less water.

Taste : 7.914/10

This taste is something I've never tasted before. It's really weird. At first (taking a sip) I'm getting a sour/bitter taste then a second later, it starts having a some what milky bitter/sweet/sourish taste. UGH, I dont know what it taste like. But it tastes somewhat good. Haha. I wouldn't say it taste like a tropical island smoothie as I live in Hawaii(tropical island) and never have tasted a smoothie like this but I guess there is a slight pineapple infused with coconut taste. This taste is definitely a new taste to my buds but it's some what good.

sorry for the language but HOLY ****, never before have i felt so "into" a session, i`d been driving all day and feeling pretty ****ty, tired as i had hardly any sleep lastnight due to my 7 month daughter deciding she wanted to play at 3am!
got home feeling stressed and decided to hit the gym and blow off some steam, so i took my supps and headed to the gym, after 2 warmup sets of 15 with 45lbs dumbells on incline press i felt great, pumped uplike never before,i hadnt even taken my usual no explode as im waiting for white flood tabs to be in stock, started sipping PW got that tingling sensation almost instantly,kinda itchy but a nice warm feeling spread throughout my body.
continued to drink PW throughout my workout and felt ready for the next set quiker than usual, finished off with dropsets on cable x-overs then tricep pushdowns, the pump was actually painful, i loved it!!!
God knows how ill feel when i add WF to the mix

So, after reading up on CL`s products and asking loads of questions,sorry, im sooooooo glad i decided to go all out with this stack.

BIG UP CL!! reckon youll be my regular supplier from now on.

overall id give the products ive used a good 9/10 cant quite put my finger on individual supps as my experiance was due to the whole stack.

Seriously, I actually wish I would've tried them seperately but this morning I used both within a half hour of each other starting at 4:45am. I can safely say I believe it was the PW that took a little longer than the stated 30 mins before it really kicked in.

Overall performance, I was really impressed with White Flood. I seemed to have alot more stamina doing shoulders this morning, I felt stronger but it didn't really show weight wise. I think I would prefer the powder vs pills first thing in the morning. Thats just a personal preference though.

1 sample isn't really enough to give a thorough review on so I'm going to try to get some of the guys around the shop to take their Gaspari blinders off and go in on a tub.

What I'm REALLY impressed with and maybe it was from the combo is Purple Wraath. It took about an hour with me to kick in and it lasted most of the day. I haven't felt this motivated, focused and alert in some time. All without the jitters,nerves or upset stomach. The Grape Lemonade mixed up just fine and the taste was appealing from start to finish. I had a 14 hour day at work and was pretty busy most of it with alot of stair climbing and high rep-low weight lifting with no crash or slowing down till around 4pm. But I'm fading pretty fast as I type this now that I'm home. I will be placing an order for both products and also look forward to trying the Juicy Grape too.

I haven't used Green Mag and REDuction, those reviews will be later.

I was so impressed by the sample of White Flood that I ordered a full bottle and have been absolutely loving the extra energy I have during my workouts. Just when I think I can't do another rep, I do 3 or 4 more and I feel stronger throughout the push! I'm gaining nothing by saying this, but I'm seriously hooked on White Flood.
