Well about a week ago I finished up my first small tub of Purple Wraath and figured I'd write a review to help out. I had to get the Juicy Grape since I went with the 45 serving tub.

First Impression -- Totally sealed, no leaking issues like I've had with some other powder products. Powder seemed fine and fresh, no complaints. Scooper included, nothing damaged.


Price 8/10 -- Well priced, although could be a bit cheaper. More expensive then Xtend, cheaper then IntrAbolic. Figured it was a good middle man so decided to give it a shot as my first AA intra workout drink, not to mention it has a great profile.

Mixability 10/10 -- First AA product, so I can't compare to others. But I usually threw 2 heaping scoops in with around 20oz of water, and then shook it up. Removed the top of my shaker bottle and there was some foamy stuff on top.. but that's not an issue. I'd throw in 5-10 ice cubes, and then shake again, and by the time I got to my car to start sipping it, everything had dissolved perfectly and it was enjoyable to drink so long as it remained ice cold. No issues at all with mixability. No clumping, no floating stuff, no chunks, no powder falling to the bottom requiring reshaking.

Taste 7/10 -- To be honest, people rage over the taste of this so I was expecting it to be better. All in all, the taste isn't bad, but it certainly isn't as good as most people would have you believe. I've heard some people say they would drink it if it was just a regular lemonade, personally, I wouldn't. When ice cold, it tastes pretty good, but as I sip it from start of workout to finishing it on my last set, about half way through it's not ice cold and just starts to taste.. meh. Taste varies from person to person, and even though I don't love the taste, that would never be a deciding factor with a product like this. To be honest, when ice cold it's actually very refreshing and I'd catch myself chugging quite a bit after a heavy set of deads or squats (especially the 2 weeks I was messing around with 20 rep squats).

Effects 9/10 -- Great product hands down. People say Purple Wraath isn't a product that you "feel", and I say that's nonsense. I haven't been using any intra workout AA supps since I finished my tub, and I can definitely tell a difference in my endurance and overall energy feeling. Would I call it a staple supp? Perhaps. Sure it isn't "needed" in the sense that you're going to see huge differences, but being that much less fatigued going into your last sets lets you work that much harder, do that much more weight, and get that much more productivity out of your workout. Is it going to let you do 20lbs more? No, but maybe an extra 5lbs that you couldn't do, and isn't that what we all aim for.. solid progress?

Overall 8.5/10 -- In the end, I liked the product and most likely will be trying it again. I do want to give IntrAbolic a shot, but I'll most likely buy PW aswell because it's extremely efficient for the price, and use it on cardio days or maybe mix with IntrAbolic. Good product, provides good endurance and definitely worth picking it up, even if you only grab the small tub to try it. I was skeptical, and I now wish I went ahead and got the 90 serving tub so I'd still have some left .

Today I took one scoop of this stuff in 20 oz of water for my workout, I haven't had that intense and focused of a workout probably ever. This stuff is like steroids its that ridiculous.

Ok, its been a little over a month now since I started incoorporating PW into my pre workout regeme. I can say that it does not do what an energy drink would for your mind, but it makes your brain focus more, it allows you to do set after set with 1 minute intervals and not feel burned out afterwards due to the BCAA and EAAs that help muscle synthesis and repair. Within 10 minutes I can feel an intense hot tingly sensation all throughout my upper body like my hairs are all standing up from the rush of Amino acids that instantly go to work!

If you want to lift with perfect form, and not feel the extra burn and mental anxiety of lifting heavy weight with steady form this will help you do it with no problems.

Intro:
Having had a very positive experience with controlled labs Purple Wraaath (review comming), I decided to give White Flood a try. Having previous experience with other NO products, i have a good idea of what this product is supposed to do.

About me:
6'3'' 190 lbs. lifting 3-4 times a week with standard cardio on the side. At the time the only other supplements I am taking are whey protein, a stand alone creatine and a multi vitamin.

Previous supplements used:
BSN NO Explode
Controlled labs purple wraaa(aaa)th
ergo pharm 6-Oxo (stand alone, no other cycles)
various proteins and creatines

Review:
The product mixes well with 20 oz water with an acceptable amount fine sediment that settles if left alone. The lemon-lime taste scores pretty high as far as supplements go. Easy to drink, even refreshing with a slight aftertaste reminicent of a diet soda. Unlike NO XPLODE which advises to "stir not shake" this product contains arginine which the body converts into NO, so there is no foul-tasting NO foam. Just mix and shake. High marks for that.

The product says it may cause "tingleing" in some users. I noticed this the first few times after about 15 minutes of consumption lasting an hour or two. It lets you know its working. This effect became less prominent after continued use. There is an increase in mental alertness and focus, but no jittery jacked-up feeling like with other products. Controlled labs didn't go overboard with the stims... smooth and consistent, very nice.

The focus and mental clarity work well in the gym. The pumps are slightly more than normal. Not an insane difference, but I did notice them, no doubt. The NO portion of this product does its job. As for stamina, I honestly did not notice a major increase. Unlike Purple Wraaaaaaaaath, I did not have the extended endurance to lift for two hours. Workout length was more or less unchanged. A bit dissappointing in that regard. My recovery time did however seem easier and less burnt-out than usual. My increased recovery helped me hit the gym just as hard the next day after an insane back or leg workout. Very nice.

Overall a solid product.

Pros:
easy mixing, above average pumps, smooth jitter-free focus, and decreased recovery time.

Cons:
Pumps not as ridiculous as I remember NO XPLODE, "energy" level is perhapps inferior to other suplements, no noticable increase in endurance.

Conclusion: While not as intense as NO Xplode or similar products, White Flood does a solid job and covers most of the bases. The lack of ridiculous amounts of stims and other mysterious ingredients (i.e. the 500 word essay that comprises the NO XPLODE ingredient list), makes me feel better about taking this supplement on a regular basis. As a result, I do not fear ****ting out my liver and/or kidneys. This product contains a fairly minimal amount of necessary ingredients that do their job. The only thing missing for me was increased endurance.

so I tried white flood today and holy crap is it some amazing stuff the pumps were crazy I didn't want to rest the 2 minutes just killed me I generally use the dip assist with 50lbs of help and fail around 12 reps today I didn't even use the assist and I still got my full 12 reps awesome stuff highly recomended

Lets just start by saying this stuff is amazing. The focus is great, i dont get the tingling sensation that others do, and the pump is alright (i don't usually get pumps off anything)

Usually dose it at 2 scoops 45mins before my workout.

Now here comes the interesting part...

After using it for 2 months, i ran out and had to order more, i was without white flood for 2 weeks and my workouts where very down, i just didn't have the same focus or pump.

Received a new tub today, and surprise surprise my workouts where way up! Im talking 12 reps max, instead of 8!

Pros:
Focus
Pump
No crash in energy

Cons:
The taste is pretty rank (compared to SP250 and No Explode)
The tub that i got was rather lumpy, old stock maybe?
Don't have a 3rd bad point

Conclusion:
A great product, Good amount of servings, all they need to do is work on the taste

Review

I started using GG a couple weeks ago. Im not taking it standalone as you can see in my sig. The texture of GG is odd, and it makes taking it kind of weird for me. Its like tossing a bunch of large salt in your mouth and washing it down. No taste so thats cool. Im on my 8th day of GG today and I can see my arms, shoulders, and chest look "fuller", moreso with my arms. The pumps so far are decent, not as good as my WF pumps were but each day Ive taken GG my pumps have increased. Ive had some great w/o's this week GG, GM, and PW.

Im taking 2 scoops about 45min before I goto the gym and then another scoop about 15 before I lift. I have an Arms day today, so te pumps should be pretty intense.

9/10 I will update this once I proceed with its use.

edit:Wow! I just did an Arm day and I had the biggest pumps of my life. Honestly felt like my forearms and biceps were gonna blow up, almost painful pumps lol. I changed my review to a 9/10 after this, I think Im now feeling the full effect of this product. I heard it takes a week or two to fully kick in.

I have been taking GM and PW for 2 weeks now and I loove them!
the first week, I was taking a full scoop of the GM and I was getting a little bloated around the midsection, so I have been taking 3/4 of a scoop which still gvies me an amazing pump without the bloating. My muscles are full all the time now and I have gained more definition in my arms and sholders. Within 15 min of working out, I get an awesome pump!

Purple Wraath is amazing!!! My workouts have increased in time by a 30 min or more. There are some days that I will be working out for a full 2 hours and the only reason I stop working out is because I have to pick up my girls from the gym's nursery. My body gets the all over "tingles" and my mood and focus are intence. No more wondering around the gym from one machine to the next. I have totally focus which causes my rests in between sets to be less than one min.

My husdand uses GM,PW, and White Flood and has amazing results, too! UPS is dropping off my REDuction today so in a couple of weeks, I'll let you all know how it works for me!! Love Controlled Labs and to be honest...I don't know if I'll ever use anything else!

Purple Wraath

Intro
Ok, so I have been taking purple wraath now for a couple weeks. Big thanks to Pu12en12g and Controlled Labs for giving me an opportunity to try this out and review it for every one. I am in no way affiliated with controlled labs. I have been in this game for over 8 years now tearing away at the iron year after year striving to better my physique and health. Not only that but I have also been tearing away at my wallet as well on different supplements, many of which have been a waste of money. I have learned over the years through my own experience and research, what works and what does not.

Review
BCAA's are on my list of supplements that do work. I have taken Scivation Xtend many time in the past and have loved it. Purple wraath is on par if not a step above Xtend due to a more generous ingredient profile with the addition of beta-alanine and other EAA's. The Lemonade taste is great. I have tried the original flavor of wraath when it was first introduced and was not a fan of it, but this lemonade is very refreshing, especially with cold water. I love it!

Energy in the gym has continued to increase as the days have gone by. It takes a couple weeks I've read for the BA to build up in your system. I normally start to drink the wraath on the way to the gym and continue throughout. This stuff keeps me going all the way to the end. I tire less frequent the more I use it. I have never used BA on a continuous bases before so this is pretty new to me. The tingles I would get from the first week of use were pretty cool too. I think my body has adjusted now, as I don't get them anymore.

Conclusion
All in all, Purple wraath is a staple in my book. I still love the Watermelon taste of Xtend which is the only reason I'm going to have to alternate BCAA supps. If you have not tried this supp, you are missing out big time. Go out and buy it, you will not be disappointed.

I have now been taking my PW for 2 weeks, so i can definitely give the full review now.

First and foremost, everything you have read about PW in the forums and from other members, is TRUE!!! This stuff is amazing. I will be reviewing ( 1-10 point scale ), the taste, value, how easy it mixes, and what ever else i can think of.

Taste.- The taste is great. I drink it with ice cold water. It does take a couple of times of you taking it for you to get used to the taste. At first the taste is a little, chemical like, but after 2 -3 times of taking it, you get used to it. I would recommend it you take it with cold water, it tastes like grape juice. I have tasted some other stuff out there that made me whant to stop taking my supplements, but PW's taste is good. Overall Taste rating : 9/10

Value.- The money that you pay for, for the servings that you get, is definitely worth it. I got the smaller container, and i can get 45 servings out of it, i do the recommended 1 scoop per serving, thats 45 days of PW!!!!!!! Even if you take 2 scoops per serving, that is still over 22 days!!!!!!! Overall Value rating : 10/10

Mixing.- PW mixes very easily. I usually mix it with water, i use my Bodybuilding.com Shaker cup ( which by the way, is a really good product ) a couple of shakes, and its ready to go. No clumps what so ever. Mixes really well, no residue visible in the water after you mix it. Overall Mixing : 10/10

Performance.- PW is better than any NO booster that i have taken. I know its hard to beleive since it is NOT an NO Booster, but its true. I usually start taking my PW on my way to the gym, during my workout, and if i have any left, i finish it right after my workout. While working out i have unlimited amounts of energy, i can keep going, going, going, going,.... well you get the point. Also, PW helps with recovery, it feels great to wake up in the mornings and not be sore from the killer workout you had the day before. It helps you stay focused and gives you those extra pumps with the weights and extra punches to the BAG. The best thing i like about PW, is that its CAFFEINNE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! No jitters !!!!!!!!!!! You feel like you can workout forever while taking PW. i can not train without it. Overall Performance: 10/10

Packaging.- Packaging is great, it comes in this really cool tub ( if plastic containers can be cool, i guess this one is ). No zip lock bags like some other supplements. I hate the zip lock bags, you get all messy, and ......HAAAA!!!!! I just can't deal with them. Also, the scoop was right on the top, i didn't have to go diggin for it, thats another plus.Overall Packaging : 10/10

Tingles.- I know some people don't like the tingles, but i love them, they let me know that the supplement is actually being absorbed by my body, and it tells me to get my Butt into high gear. Overall Tingles: 10/10

Overall.- Overall, PW is the best supplement that i have ever taken. It gives me tons of energy, tastes great, it is very easy to mix, it contains BCAA's and EAA's. The value that you get per serving is also great, specially now a days with the economy and supplements being as high priced as they are. I decided to give my theory a try, so i decided to worokout without taking my PW for 2 days. Those 2 days at the gym were HELL...i had no enery, no desire, i gassed after about half my workout. Boxing was horrible after half my workout i was so tired my punches were so weak. I have gotten used to taking my PW, used to the energy, recovery, most of all the ENERGY!!!! While taking PW you will be able to push yourself harder than you usually would, thats were gains are met and goals are accomplished. I still have a lot of work to do with my goals, but now i have found the right supplement to help me get there, Purple Wraath by Controlled Labs. Now remember, these are the results that i have seen with ME, i am not telling you that the same will happen with you, but i can tell you that this product is working great for me. If you have any questions about PW, i am no expert by any means, but i will be happy to help if i can. Overall reting : 9.5/10

Taste - 10/10
Damn, who needs Creatine, this stuff tastes AMAZING! Sweet, tangy and just the right amount of sour and with no strange aftertaste. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Effectiveness - 8/10
I can't claim any amazing reactions (except from my taste buds) but I didn't experience anything ill either. I take Creatine after every workout and I've never experienced bloatedness on my Monohydrate and MAGnitude was no exception. Would need to take it for a prolonged time to really gauge.

Ease - 8/10
Pills were large, but not terribly so. Uncoated. I had no problems taking them.

Taste - 5/10
Strong cayenne flavor. Made me feel slightly nauseous after taking and made it difficult to take my other supps afterwards. But this passed within a minute or two.

Mood - 10/10
I took both pills first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, as suggested. I didn't feel that wired jittery sensation that I attribute with most stims, just a steady alertness that lasted for several hours. Concentration, focus and energy remained very high. Tension, anxiety and dizzyness were non-existent. Very clean!!

Hunger Control - 10/10
I had no hunger pangs what-so-ever. I felt very satisfied throughout the day.

Fat Loss - ?/10
I'd need to take it for an extended time to know.

Many nights I have trouble sleeping as it is, but after I took the pills as suggested, 30 min before bed, I thankfully felt drowsy when I lay down. Not an artificial drowsiness either, just a welcome slumber. I slept the whole night through, had pleasant dreams and woke up feeling rested and refreshed. I would take the PM formula by itself!

Fat Loss - ?/10
I'd need to take it for an extended time to know.

I am really impressed by the strategy of having both a daytime and nightime formula for a fat burning product. Controlled Labs has found an effective way to overcome the usual insomnia associated with many fat burners, while simultaneously extending its' fat burning potential throughout the duration of the night. What they've developed is an impressive 24 hr fat burner that kept me alert all morning and left me feeling restful throughout the night. Great product!! Highly recommended!!

After some samples from bb.com, I decided to try these 2 products.

I started using Green Mag 30 minutes pre - workout and Purple Wrath Pre and during workouts.

I love these products!

Taste - 10 + I crave it!

Energy/Focus - 10+

Price - Reasonable

Strength and Recovery - Amazing!!

I must say, I have tried a lot of worthless products, but these Rule!!

I love the tingles and I love Controlled labs! I cant wait to add White Flood to the stack .

QUICK OVERVIEW
I had been using Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude for a period of 4 weeks and though I am unable to provide picture results at the moment I have written a review of my progress below.
Hope this helps anyone out there looking for a solid creatine supplement as Green MAGnitude definitely takes the cake!

TASTE
I'd simply describe the taste as refreshing, I've tried it with a smaller amount of water to get it down fast and a larger amount of water to sip over a small period of time
and have to say that it was MUCH better with more water - more of a sweet tart taste.

MIXABILITY
Mixed perfectly fine, no trouble here.

EFFECTIVENESS
Personally I look at Creatine as a staple when bulking, I'd definitely noticed my muscles looked and felt more "filled out" so there was a definite increase of water through out the muscles.
As for strength, it did go up slightly however I'm not sure if it was just me naturally increasing in strength or the Creatine, either way I'm sure it didnt hurt.

MIXABILITY
For the Americans, great value for money. For the Australians, unfortunately not.
(All supplements in Australia are extremely overpriced)

OVERALL
I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to increase muscle mass as well as strength, Green MAGnitude definitely helps and I feel it is a more superior Creatine.
That being said everyones body is different so give it a try, if it doesnt work for you atleast you'll have a refreshing drink to chug down after your workout!

My muscle pump and fullness really stood out with Blue Gene. It was evident throughout the day and, for the most part, really never went away.

My strength definately increased using Blue Gene. I set some personal records on some exercises.

My endurance & recovery between exercises/sets had an increase while using Blue Gene.

DOMS were slightly reduced while using Blue Gene.

-Other Thoughts:

The only negative thing about Blue Gene is that it made my tongue turn blue.

The health benefits alone from some of these ingredients are well worth considering when you want to make bodybuilding a lifestyle, not a fad.

Flavor Tested: Electric Lemonade

Taste: 10/10 - This stuff is delicious. I've tried SizeOn and this stuff beats it hands down by at least a full point. It also goes down easier withoun any flakes or crunch creatine crumbles.

Mixability: 10/10 - Completely water solubale, mixes into water perfectly.

Effect: 10/10 - Once again this creatine performs. I've noticed my strength and endurance increase after using it for only a week. On the Effectiveness, this stuff is equal to sizeon, not better or worse. It is a solid creatine though.

I was taking SizeOn, switched to Primaforce monohydrate, and then to this stuff. I actually enjoy taking this creatine, as opposed to the other two which taking them seemed like a chore.

The best supp is one we're willing to take so I give this a solid 10.

I plan to ALWAYS have Green Mag in steady supply at my home because this is the only Creatine I plan on needing or using now and into the future.

Controlled Labs, this is the first product I give you a 100% on. You have encouraged my Will to Grow

GFH is definitely one you're going to want to add to your "to-do" lists. One of the best ingredient profiles for a post-workout product.
