The 2 official alternates are:
Malibuilder (in case a guy drops out):

Starting today, there are exactly 12 weeks until the end of the contest - so these 2 alternates should take their "before photos" today, and work alongside the others, in case someone drops out, then they can seamlessly join the contest, if need be, with no time lost.
