Possible to do WS4SB with only free weights?

I'm interested in doing Westside for Skinny Bastards 3, but it seems like several of the exercises call for machines or cables. How can I do the program with only free weights, if possible?

As long as you start a minimum of 15-20lb below your 5 rep max in all exercises, you're good. And yes, you need to keep the weight the same for the 3 sets.

Not much went wrong. My beginning stats in strength were abysmal. But my bench press went up 60 lb and military press 45 lb just to name two. I stalled, that's what the problem was.
