yes but you can argue, what is heavy ?? a lighter weight done at higher reps with shorter rest times will feel as heavy as a lower rep well rested set..

i was doing this mistake for probably about a year, sadly.. but make sure you loop IN and OUT and not OUT and IN (i was doing the later and was hardly getting any use from straps)

yeah its not ideal, the avergae persons (borderline couch potato) sleep is meant to be 7-8 hours, let alone the extra recovery we need with our hobby

lotta volume again, props there but personally if i was cutting i would cut those reps and sets in half and focus on going real heavy.. if u can keep it steady then its fine but hopefully u dont hit...
