Try looking into HST, 5/3/1, the texas method, etc. If you ran SS and Starrs 5x5, I would definitly look into the ones I mentioned if you want to keep up with that style of routines.

There are many programs/methods/techniques that work. Some are better for certain individuals for various reasons (goal/experience/etc). Dont get caught up in the idea that there is only way.
