i just recently fell completley off the wagon...

i just recently fell completley off the wagon after my 1st show ...for a couple months...Was bulking and totally went overboard.
Gained some great muscle, but alot of fat as well on top of it....

I feel bloated and gross after the weekend...

I feel bloated and gross after the weekend because of cheats sometimes....
And it takes me until Wednesday or Thursday to feel normal and not be so puffy! Ew

I agree.... it depends on how my week was going already.
If it was Friday and i had been sticking to clean food all week and working out like normal, i will have something not usually on my plan....

During the weekend, it's still "clean", but with a few treats here and there.
Scheduled cheats just screw me up... i believe...

Your diet is definetley off. I see very little amounts of food, virtually no protein and no healthy fats!
you need to eat more and have a more balanced ratio of foods.
