i actually stopped working my traps altogether...

i actually stopped working my traps altogether because everyone including judges at shows tell me that my traps are out of proportion and make my shoulders look more narrow i really doubt my traps...

of course size has something to do with a fight but if u got two guys say one weighs 20 lbs more than the other if the guy who is 20 lbs lighter has good technique he will almost always win i am 240...
