you would think at 260lb they would be at there MAX...yet they can still gain?

bio avail was 6.5...range 4-10 i believe
on 100mg my test SPIKED at like 512 and...

so, 335-360ng was my AVG, spiked to like 397ng B4 HR.....

6 wks in it did hit 18.1 or...

well, i finally downed my old flax oil... saw a thread or two regarding fish oil and or 3-6-9 oil...

so i jsut picked up 3-6-9 oil and am going to be supplementing 3 tblspn a day to go along with...
