my nutritioniest has told me to add this in with my pre and post workout shakes. I have never heard of it nor do I know what it does. anyone know and have and idea feel free to fill in. waxy maise

2x10 for 130 lbs
2x10 for 220 lbs
2x8 for 270 lbs
1 x 90 burnout

move on to leg press
1x20 for 180 lbs
