Hey.
I havent worked out my abs since tuesday and they're still wickid sore.
i only did 3 more sets on tues. than i usually do.
& the pain is in the ends of my ribs its weird...
this ever happen...

Question Protein Shake

I take my protein shake(BSN Syntha 6) before i workout(3x/wk).
Is it suggested to use on off days also too maximize muscle gains?

i tried that 5 hour energy shot before 2 different workouts, but it didnt have any effect on me.
my friend was wired on one tho so i guess it depends on the person

Alot of u guys say u have back, leg, arm, etc days to work out only that one muscle group. ive always done a full body workout 3 days/week w/ running at the end of each day.
