Will Antibiotics effect the supps I'm taking, protien and creatine??????????????????

I have been prescribed antibiotics and was wondering if I was correct in saying that its shouldn't effect the supplements that I'm currently taking. Protien (optimum) and Creatine (Met Rx Amped).
