you're doing good, almost at 200lbs for squats. keep at it. you're starting to miss a lot of reps but it happens to everyone. it's part of the process.

i mean it's unintentional. on really heavy weights it's hard to keep my body still. i'll do a little hip thrust upwards but my ass will still be on the bench. is this legal?

Are you allowed to wriggle around when you're benching?

is that okay as long as your feet remain still and your butt remains on the bench? can you raise your hips a bit as long as your butt is still making contact with the bench?
