logged on and im sick of seeing the same questions asked day in day out, does anyone know how to use the search button???
there is no quick fix to get huge or ripped, please stop looking for that...

im training mostly compound lifts with various forms of cardio,hiit,steady state, hill...

just a quick word on how my stack is going, evrything is up, strength,endurance recovery and my weight however im not too keen on the extra layer around my waist, i know i will get some fat gain...
