I do but I'm in Europe. I live in a flat with one big room with flat screen TV, DVD, a kitchen with fridge and microwave, a bathroom and a bedroom. That's all I need b/c I get back home after work...

I have lost all my pics after my HD crashed last year but I managed to retrieve these 3. They were taken in May 2005. I'll have new ones taken next month.
I'm 5ft8, 147lbs.

Patella (kneecap) pain
I hit the legs pretty hard lately and last week after a heavy leg day, I felt some pain. I thought it would pass but my knee is a bit swollen and walking up the stairs is painful.
What should I do?...
