deadlifts will make your back sore even if you do them right.. they target the hamstrings...glutes and lower back.. probably even more than just that ..

and yeah pullups ..and reverse grip...

Abs workout

I do them twice a week at the gym. Usually weighted hanging knee ups. Weighted rope crunch. and then a mixture of body weighted moves.. ie .. scissor kicks, oblique crunches, things like that.
