Try hanging leg raises. These specifically target the lower abs. Plus, you can target the obliques if you rotate during the workout.

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extensions, Single Arm Standing Overhead Dumbbell Extensions, and Triceps Pushdowns seem to work best for me.

6' 2"...214lbs. Almost done cutting for summer up here in Michigan. I was 224lbs this winter.
