my dislocated shoulder is almost back in order...

my dislocated shoulder is almost back in order now, but it also clicks whenever i do raises... should i press on with my deltoid training in this case, even if it clicks? thanks in advance.

it could be because u had injured your right...

it could be because u had injured your right shoulder previously, so now your left shoulder is picking up the slack and feeling the extra strain.

try using a lighter weight and see if the problem...
