Box Squat - 255
Deadlift - 285
Bench Press - 225
And I could do 4 unassisted chin-ups.

175 was a little too heavy for 4 reps so I backed off to 165 which is a good 4-rep working weight.

A few years back I had an inguinal hernia repair....

A few years back I had an inguinal hernia repair. I was back in the gym after 5 days working upper body, albeit very carefully. After 4 weeks I was back deadlifting 225.

Yesterday morning I tested myself my 1RM is on Box squats and my 3RM on Chin-ups.
