2nd day
today was my second day. i didnt have as much of a strength increase as yesterday but the pump was great. my arms were 15.75"pumped instead of 15.5" pumped like they were my last arm workout.

yesterday was the first day i used this stuff. i took 1 scoop 30-45mins before my workout. when i got to the gym i started benching and the reps increased dramatically. i usually start off with 135...
