I dont know why you are dissapointed...thats a heck of a gain in strength for someone thats been training for a while. Most people after training for so many years are happy with a 10lb bench gain...

Try box squats to help master your form. Make sure when you sit you keep your back straight though. Keep that back straight and explode up. Box squats help with strength and technique.

At least give each body part 2 days rest. IMO..
