One month follow up

So here is the write up.

Starting weight 203lbs, Today I weighted in at 204lbs.
Mass gain I have to give it a 4 out of 10. Didn't really work for me. I didn't gain much mass. I did train hard...

I am glad that you are getting crazy pumps. I try to take Ghenerate on empty stomach, so like an hour after eating a meal. I didn't get any change in pumps. Different people get different responses.

I had a great workout on Saturday. Did chest, back, shoulder and triceps. My shoulder was soar for some reason, so I wasn't able to push myself to the limit. Still I had a good workout.

Recovered really good from leg and biceps day. DOMS wasn't very strong and didn't feel really soar the next day :)

didn't get a lot of sleep last night and it is one of those things that is interfering somewhat...
