Anyone compete in the Ms. Fit Body division through the INBF? I'm looking for any advice as I'll be crossing over to that Division on April 4th when I do the shows figure division as well.

I use 2 coats of pro tan and one of dream tan. Will be trying Jan Tana for the next contest just to see the difference. I also tan in a tanning bed about 5 times before a contest.
