I see this happen sometimes at my gym. People train in their work clothes or in jeans and night shoes.(fancy shoes when going out to clubs) I mean, I know its a club, but its a gym.

Recently I have noticed that I get a pain in my shoulder only when I do Military press or any exercise involving the front deltoids.. Well it's only in my left shoulder.

I feel safer if I use my thumbs more control on the bar. Maybe it work the forearms better. If it does then I must start using the thumb less grip. My forearms are not the strong.

I'll say that you are them workout too little on your shoulder days. Try work your shoulder once a with are your exercises. Like have one day for shoulders only. See how that goes.
