Feeling better

Feeling better this morning. Drank a protein shake in the middle of the night which was my 6th meal of the day (instead of jamming nuts). Seemed to take off the edge. Weight is still at 170 lbs.

Yes, the NPC Del State August 1st and the OCB Mid-Atlantic Natural August 29th. Hope to get down to 8% for the DEL State and then 6% for the Mid-Atlantic.

Thanks bro. So the Game Over is really a form of ketogenic diet, correct? It depletes carbs to burn fat. Right? My bodyfat just doesn't want to go away--hoping this will do it. Rick.
