Gain muscle how much
I,ve done a ful body 30min a day, work out for 8 months and no weekends
and I've gain some sweet muscle. I'll post my pic shortly my B D is next week and I will be 51 and you can see the difference...

cardio 1st then weights
it's best to pump the heart up 1st and warm up the body then work that baby hard on the weights with the protien shake (MM) then cool down with a swim or hot tub depending on time.

on depending on your body .(what hurts ) You should start tone the muscles first thing to push them to soon and you...
