I have learned to sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees. It seems to make any bed better and eliminates back pain.

I've never had anyone say anything about it. Mostly only women notice those things. They might ask why you shave. Other than that, no issues.

Recommend using shears to get the bulk of it. ...
