If you don't like it just don't eat it. There are plenty of foods out there that serve as a slow digesting protein. For example, chicken breast plus a fat like olive oil will do fine.

Ok cool...rack pulls and 25lb plates. But the CLEAR and OBVIOUS answer is to lower the volume...even if it is slightly. The main thing that needs to be changed is the way he approaches deadlifting....
