If you want them to grow, make you sure you train them to grow as though they were any other muscle (because they are)... meaning, per exercise, 2-4 sets of 8-12 reps.

I like the second one but I would adjust the days to maybe like M-Back T-Chest W-Arms T-Legs F-Shoulders or something like that so you have 2 days between Back/Legs and 2 days between Chest/Shoulders

Yes, that would be the same as the straight bar... obviously it would just hit the anterior delts a little more medially towards your pecs, but still basically the same. And that also sounds good...

Yeah I've used them but I'm not too big of a fan... for some reasons it seems to hurt my shoulders (and I know they are supposed to be easier on your shoulders) which is weird.
