Ulnar nerve inflammation

Here's my current split:

MON- Chest
TUES- Legs
WED- Back
THURS- Rest
FRI- Delts
SAT- Biceps/Triceps

My front delts are starting to feel overworked, so I'm thinking about changing my split...

I would LIKE to believe that a big meal within 2-2.5 hours PWO would do the same trick as a post workout shake within 30 minutes PWO, but I'm not sure what to think
