I have the same things and I hate 'em. Some of it is muscle but some's definitely fat (on me).. but developing shoulders, chest and lats will make 'em look better.

A critique, questions, comments, anything really. Trust me the volume's not high, lots of optional stuff in there. The actual work out isn't more than 20 sets maybe just thereabout.
