I graduated from the course last April and it was a wonderful learning experience, phenomenal instructor here in Seattle and you can always go back and be a guest speaker or sit in on class anytime....

I've had a couple clients who say they can't afford training, which is definitely understandable but I know some of them can def. make it work if they did before.

Yeah that makes sense...i understand the meaning of their objective but I think it all depends on the person...if they've been training a lot of hypertrophy and just on weight benches and stuff like...

Running Burns muscle...

I'm still trying to grasp the concept of running burning muscle.

If you want to be successful with running while not burning muscle...does that mean that you have to increase your weight training...

Question 4 Phases of Training?

The company I'm with right now has the trainers going with the 4 phases of training...each phase lasts 90-120 days.

First: Stability
Second: Functional
Third: Resistance
Fourth: Strength

I love doing circuit training! Of course it all depends upon your goals but i like it!! It keeps my heart rate up and i will sometimes do as many as 6 different exercises in a circuit....on my total...
