Yeah, it's all about physics...work is force over a given distance. Taller people have to 'work' more to move the same wieght b/c they have to travel a longer distance

having a larger frame, you'd be able to carry it better and not look too freaky (muscle-wise)

My goal is about the same as yours...IIRC, I was told that if I cut down to ~235 w/o losing any muscle...
