What are some good running shoes and where can I get them?

Rep question involving circuits?

Ok if I was doing a circuit involving pushups, squats, and crunches the goal is to get to 100 reps which would be better 10x10 or 25 reps for 4 sets or would it eventually lead to the same result.

Mixing bodyweight exercises with weights?

I was wondering if it was alright to mix these two styles of workingout together, because of a hernia I had I cant do any lowerbody exercises with weights so I was thinking about doing bodyweight...

Is it ok to lift weights for upperbody but not lowerbody?

Could someone critique my bodyweight conditioning routine?

My main objective is to lose weight/fat and to get into shape for boxing. My workout is very simple:
Stretching
Jog 1 mile
2x15 hindu pushups
2x25 wide grip push ups
2x25 squats
2x25 lunges...
