what do u mean with those stats? i just started a few eeks because lifting is fun but i didnt update my stats because i didnt do a meet and im going to put my meet stats up after feb. 9th

yea
i was thinking bout gettin bigger and my coaches keep tellin me to not worry bout cardio but i feel the need to stay at 142 for powerlifting but im going to think of gaing weight.

well it doesnt seem to hit the middle it hits the top mainly and there hasnt been any size to the middle as much as the top and i feel i train them equally but i was wondering if there was any other...

cutting weight
i weigh 147lbs and i need to get down to 142 for my first powerlifting comp. and i want to do it with less dehydration so i can lift w/ full potential. any suggestions besides puking,starving,etc.
