I think your right. I've been squatting hard since like last fall. Quads are really strong. I've been doing a lot of leg curls and still leg dead lifts to compensate.

I'm making good gains now!

I feel good. I'm about 17 pounds heavier now. I'm running faster and jumping higher. Just better in every way. Hoping to get up 180 soon. I'm doing much better than I was when I made this...

thank for answering my post. I'm going to continue with the amount of time I workout but I will try an alternate workout like BillabongVolcom suggested. I enjoy lifting and have gained about 5 or 6...

I need something to do dips on. something strong enough to support some serious wieght but without the pull-up section. Height is a problem in my bassment.
