Interestingly, my abs have never been big, just lately I noticed. I don't think it's fat because it's hard. Unless I have some bowel problems..hope not. :)

Exactly, and they taste great! I couldn't tell there is no flour in or it's "different". You can easily find gluten/wheat free products if you are on strick diet for cutting/body image emprovement....
