looks good, but i personally i prefer the cable fly. i feel as though it is safer, first of all. second of all, i feel i get more squeeze at the end of the motion than with dumbbells.

I wouldn't eat it everyday...just for health reasons. Especially if you're gonna be having 2-3 servings of the stuff. 2-3 times a week is plenty. Besides, you don't wanna get sick of it!
