Im still laughing at people thinking that taking a long hot shower is good for your acne and skin, except its not at all.
Anyway, dont wash your face more than two times a day.
Limit you dairy...

Never done it, but I would say it would increase acne drastically. I know someone who did it in high school and he's probably the most cut person I've ever seen at 17.

Ok your 13 nvm sorry, but yea go 4-6reps one day of heavier weight and less reps, and 8-12 or less weight more reps. Change it up keep your muscles guessing, and be sure to eat!
