actually arginine taken in high doses is shown to raise GH levels but youd have to take 20-30 1000mg pills for it to occur :/

ideally you should wait at least 3 days before...

ideally you should wait at least 3 days before training that body part again but you really dont need to train chest 2 times a week
also when you do bis on back and tris on chest make sure u hit...
