Blueberry Iced Coffee

I absolutely love it and was wondering how bad it is for you. I usually order a medium with cream and sugar from dunkin donuts. anyone have input on its nutritional value

yea man i wouldnt worry about the calves at all...

yea man i wouldnt worry about the calves at all lol. there probably just larger due to carrying around a little over the average weight. but they arent big by any means and id just train them...

It tastes great..........but i wouldnt really suggest it if your trying to lose body fat. It has some fat content and carbs.

Well if your only losing fat and not working out and gaining any muscles it would make a difference. As im sure you know muscle weighs more then fat so you could actually gain weight and lose fat...
