yeah, i use two scoops of whey for 2 of the 5...
yeah, i use two scoops of whey for 2 of the 5 meals i eat. i was thinking about maybe using 3 oz top sirloin with 3 whites and 2 whole dha eggs? would that be okay you think? (just expensive)
