i think im gonna do more sets i hit a plateau...

i hit a plateau for a while til i changed my workout days so in a few weeks ill up my sets

i used to be on a diet very healthy lots of protein but not anymore now i just eat mostly good protein foods and healthy foods but junk food sometimes

2 plates curry with rice
2 pork ribs
3 corns on the cob
salad with dressing
im skinny so im not on a clean diet at all
