X2. I do cardio year round. It will help out with your weight training. You won't fatigue as quickly. Right now I try to get in at least 3 sessions per week for no longer than 45 min a piece.

Agreed...some people have the genetics for naturally large forearms. But in order to stimulate "significant" growth in that area I feel that isolation exercises along with secondary exercises...
