hey friends

i have a 500 gm bottle of higher power CEE.at 5 gm per serving ,it will work for 100 days.

do i take it continously for 100 days and then cycle it off for a month or do i take it...

isn't uniliver worth the money.

what i see is that is has good amount of amino acids in it.
will it not help to gain muscles.

i usually take 2gm b4 workout and 4 gm after workout.
