ok. so the same fat and protein but cut calories. what kind of thing are good to eat for that? i mix my protein shakes wth water instead of milk right now and that has helped.

yes they are boring. you know what helped me though is working my abs with less reps but more variation. say 30 crunches 30 leg lifts or hanging leg lifts etc instead of doing 50 or 100 crunches....
