for me it depends on which bar i am using because...

for me it depends on which bar i am using because each bar is different but usually i put my pinky on the outer rings but if the bar is bigger than usual then i like to go a little more in.

i take the powder form and it works good for...

i take the powder form and it works good for me....maybe the powder form will work better cuz i've taken some pill forms of nitric and it didn't work either but powder forms seem to work for me.
