I think 2 full body workouts per week might be overdoing it. Not so much with muscle recovery, but with energy and effectivess of the actual workout. Split the body into 2 days, you might have more...

I like the triangle bar the best for cable rows. I feel I use my back more with the triangle bar compared to a straight bar (more arms). Keep your lower back arched and pull those shoulders back...
