another idea depending on how spent you are on leg day. make it legs and shoulders. you could do one...

hitting collar bone while doing power cleans

When im d0ing power cleans at the end of the lift i try and roll the bar back on to my finger tips to take some strain off my wrists. well i have been hitting my collar bone sometimes when i do this...

about your knees try talking some pills with glucosamine, i get knee pain after intense hikes and squating. the joint pills work wounders for me.

flat bench press, incline DB press, incline flys and pull overs(i like to use a e-z curl bar when i do pull overs) i do 5 sets of flat bench then 3 for others.
