Why don't you try cardio at a moderate pace for once.Perform 10-12 mins high intensity then rest 5 mins and then perform 35-45 mins at around 70 %max.
I have found out that mixing it up works best.

I would train them about 3 days before or after back days,as they get worked indirectly on back days anyway.They will be fresh when you work them directly...then blast them with triple drops sets!
